Hebrews: Studying the Book Chapter by Chapter:
The above link is a series of lectures by Dr. George Guthrie who is
well researched in Hebrews and easy to listen to. A valuable
resource for those studying Hebrews. Be patient with the first
lecture as he begins with an intoduction about himself and then
gives instructions for the students present concerning their
readings etc So about half way through the first lecture he gets
stuck into the backgreound of authorship and recipients and gives a
very good case for his views.

website gives users access to searchable, fast-loading,
high-resolution images of the scrolls, as well as short explanatory
videos and background information on the texts and their history.
The Dead Sea Scrolls, which include the oldest known biblical
manuscripts in existence, offer critical insight into Jewish society
in the Land of Israel during the Second Temple Period, the time of
the birth of Christianity and Rabbinic Judaism. Five complete
